		<description>Hey, sorry on the super-late response; I am familiar with Z-health in concept; I&#039;ve never tried it myself though.  I have found that mobility work similar to what they advocate (I&#039;m thinking of magnificent mobility, which is admittedly a little different) does help a lot for injury prevention and can make a big difference in performance as well (just a little loosening of hte hips can go a long way...).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I&#039;ll try and give the youtube videos a look sometime soon.  Thanks!</description>
