For the non-RSSers or those who presumed it dead, Ultimate Frisbee Strategy/Coaching is apparently back in action.

Hopefully it lasts. I’ve been thinking more and more about coaching as I’ve solidified going back to Dartmouth for med school next year; I might deign to make some posts on the topic, but I might just keep those cards close to the vest lest competition catch wind.

Ever read Gray Cook’s _athletic body in balance_? if there’s 1 book all women’s ulty coaches should read b4 they start coaching, it’s this one!

I’ve worked w some of Gray Cook’s students 1:1 and they are top notch. Okee, back to reviewing the CK-FMS home study course.

    Athletic Body in Balance, huh?

Just checked it out on amazon. Looks spectacular.

I’m guessing your endorsement applies to men’s coaches too? Still haven’t figured out who or to what extent I’ll be coaching yet.
